DESCRIPTION OF PACKAGE

Arrival to the city of Cusco and transport to the hotel of your choice. In the afternoon we will visit the most important sites of interest within the city of Cusco

1:30 pm – Pick-up from your hotel. This tour begins with the impressive Cusco Cathedral, situated in the heart of the city: the Plaza de Armas. Next, we will visit Qoricancha, the Inca Temple of the Sun. After this we will travel up to four archaeological sites situated on the hill above Cusco: Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pucapucara, and Tambomachay. Following the tour, we will travel back to the centre of Cusco, where you will be brought back to your hotel to relax.

Full day Machu Picchu tour

Pick up from hotel 5:00 am.

We leave the city of Cusco together for the town of Ollantaytambo in our private transport on a journey of approximately 1 hour and 30 min. we will have breathtaking views of the sacred valley of the Incas, mountains, snow-capped mountains, lagoons, villages and the imposing Urubamba River. Next, we board a train to the town of Machu Picchu. Our highly trained and experienced guide will wait for us at the train station and then board a bus with us to the ancient Inca city of Machu Picchu.

We will have a guided tour for approximately 2 hours and then we will have free time to enjoy the incredible Inca ruins in the afternoon before boarding the bus to descend back to the village. We then have time to eat a nice lunch amid beautiful scenery and board the train back to the town of Ollantaytambo. Our private transport takes us to the city of Cusco and the tour ends approximately at 8:30 pm at your hotel, spending the night in the hotel of your choice.
